This eDiscount Request Form (DRF) is designed for sales representative to request for discount from the standard price of each Securemetric products and solution. As Sales representative, you need to obtain approval from your Head of Department(HOD) and finally, Chief Operation Officer (COO).
eDiscount Request Workflow Design
The requestor prepares and submits a New eDiscount Request Form.
The eDiscount Request Form is routed to HOD for first approval.
If the request is rejected, the requestor needs to amend and resubmits the eDiscount Request Form.
If approved, the eDiscount Request Form is routed to COO for the final approval.
If the request is rejected, the request will not push through and the Sales representative will use the standard pricing.
If approved, the Sales Representative can update the PRPSL(Proposal)/QUOT(Quotation) with the approved discount amount.
